GC "Kortros" to build a sanatorium complex in Svetlogorsk for 20 billion rubles
The complex with an area of over 30 thousand square meters will be located on 30.6 hectares, it will be put into operation in stages until 2032. It is planned that the sanatorium will offer a full range of modern medical and health methods and hotel services for family vacations. There will also be a physical culture and health complex with an area of at least 1.8 thousand square meters. It is expected to create over 500 jobs.
According to SPARK-Interfax, Kortros LLC was registered in Moscow in 2015. The CEO is Stanislav Kiselev. The ownership structure is not disclosed. The company's net profit in 2023 amounted to 199.2 million rubles.
In December 2023, the architectural and urban planning council in the Kaliningrad region approved the project of the Grunwald-SPA sanatorium. The investor will restore the former Svetlogorsk trade union health resort, which was mothballed in 2015. It is planned to invest 2 billion rubles in the project.
The sanatorium will consist of three buildings on one site – two cultural heritage sites of local importance and an extension between them. The parts of the health resort will be connected by an underground structure. The complex is designed for 110 rooms.
